Eligible pieces
The program is for authentic garments purchased from The Craftory and enrolled at purchase. Pieces must be returned within 24 months, be suitable for restoration or redesign, and pass our quality and authenticity inspection.
Redesign your own piece
Prefer to keep your garment? Our designers can transform a treasured piece into a new silhouette. Owner redesigns remain your property and are priced separately based on the scope of the work.
What to know
Normal signs of wear are welcome. Severe damage, permanent stains, unauthorized alterations, missing major components, or excessive deterioration may affect eligibility. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
